This photo says it all.  I took this photo this past summer of my closest friend.  To me, it embodies everything I love about the art of photography; joy, movement, and love.  

First of all, this was one of the last days I got to see my friend before she left for college at Penn State University, so I decided to photograph her.  I usually ask my friends if I can take their picture for my own personally use.  I like to photograph them as a way to remember them, especially when they are leaving for college.  This day was very special and the images that came out of it are even more special.    These three images were taken consecutively- as she turned back to look at me, then turned away and started walking, then turned back around and laughed.  I absolutely love these images, and they will remain my favorite shots for the rest of my career.
